Needed quite a few volunteers to set-up and many hours as well.
Need to get building use forms filled out.
Many people were late and missed the demos.
Some of the kids figured out how to use the ring flinger while unsupervised. Need to find a place that is hidden to put the demos in after you are finished using them so that students are not tempted to try.
Depending on the size of the event you may want to add materials to the kit.
Put all materials for a given station on one ziploc bag with a list in order to best use any helpers that come to set up or clean up.
Get volunteers for clean up or plan to take a long while.
